1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on But Pro, logging in, making a deposit or using any part of the platform — including slots, fish games, sports betting and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the But Pro platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access But Pro, whether through the website or the mobile app.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use But Pro, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be excluded from the platform through a self-exclusion request that is still active.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration.
• You must not already hold an existing But Pro account.

But Pro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If the information you provided during registration does not match your verification documents, your account may be suspended pending review. Providing false details is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

3Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold one account on But Pro. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by accident — will be closed. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all associated balances may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else, and you must not allow another person to access or use your account on your behalf.

• Keep your password secure and change it if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact But Pro support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account names and registered details cannot be transferred to another person.
• But Pro is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their own credentials.

But Pro reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if it detects activity that violates these terms, poses a risk to the platform or other users, or is associated with fraudulent behaviour.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on But Pro are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases.
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank transfers in PKR.
• Debit and credit cards where supported by the payment processor.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. But Pro does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where someone else pays on your behalf — are not accepted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your But Pro account dashboard. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. The platform supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer.

Before a withdrawal is processed, But Pro may carry out standard verification checks. These checks are a routine part of responsible platform operation and are designed to protect players and the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to confirm your identity or provide documentation during this process.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Processing times vary by method — mobile wallets are generally faster than bank transfers.
• But Pro reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will receive a notification with the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, active bonus wagering requirements or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods. Contact support if you need clarification on a specific withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

But Pro offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and cricket betting promotions tied to PSL and T20 international matches. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal eligibility is reached.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• But Pro may cancel a bonus if it suspects abuse, exploitation or breach of these terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates — unused or unwagered bonuses expire at the stated time.

But Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and currently being wagered in good faith.

7Games & Betting

But Pro offers a range of games and betting options including slots, fish shooting games, live casino and sports betting. The sports betting section focuses primarily on cricket — covering PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other tournaments — alongside football, Esports and other sports.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The house edge for each game is built into the game's mechanics as designed by the provider. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the event. But Pro follows standard sports betting settlement rules.
• Live betting markets close at a time determined by the system — late bets may not be accepted.
• But Pro may limit or suspend betting on specific markets at its discretion.
• Exploiting obvious pricing errors in betting markets is not permitted and affected bets may be voided.

8Responsible Gaming

But Pro is a platform built for entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity and to stay within personal financial limits. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account.
• Session time reminders — get notified after a specified amount of time playing.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders during gameplay sessions.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on But Pro. Violation of any of these will result in account suspension, permanent ban and possible forfeiture of account balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain winnings that would not occur under normal play.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge or consent.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits without first raising the issue with support.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing But Pro staff or other platform users.

10Privacy & Data

But Pro collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform. This includes registration information, transaction records, gameplay data and communications with support. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and improve the platform.

But Pro does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors — such as JazzCash and Easypaisa — as necessary to complete transactions. All data handling follows the principles set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.

• You have the right to request a copy of the data But Pro holds about you.
• Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with data retention requirements.
• Communications from But Pro regarding your account are not marketing unless clearly labelled as such.

11Limitation of Liability

But Pro provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server issues or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, But Pro is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or missed bets due to technical issues outside But Pro's direct control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as banks or mobile wallet operators.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind connected to use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Changes to Terms

But Pro may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to your registered account.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure.
