Account & Registration

Creating your But Pro account takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and confirm your details. You will receive a one-time PIN on your phone to verify your number. Once verified, your account is live and ready to use immediately. You can then deposit PKR, claim your welcome bonus and start playing.

For standard KYC verification on But Pro, you will typically need a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. In some cases a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address may also be requested. KYC is required before your first withdrawal to protect your account. The verification team processes documents quickly — most accounts are verified within a few hours.

No. But Pro strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are against the platform rules and can result in all accounts being suspended and any winnings voided. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page or contact support — there is no need to create a new account.

Contact But Pro support via live chat to update your registered mobile number or email address. For security reasons this change cannot be done self-service — the support team will verify your identity using your CNIC details before making any update. Keep your contact details current because your mobile number is used for withdrawal OTPs and account recovery.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and But Pro will send a reset PIN or link directly to you. Follow the instructions to set a new password. The whole process takes under three minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact live chat support for assisted account recovery.

Deposits & Withdrawals

But Pro supports all the payment methods Pakistani players use most. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, local bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallets are also supported. All transactions are handled in PKR so there are no currency conversion charges. The cashier section inside your account lists every available method with current processing times.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are reflected in your But Pro PKR balance almost instantly — typically within thirty seconds to two minutes. Raast transfers also credit quickly. Bank card deposits usually process within a few minutes. Bank transfer (IBFT) can take up to a few hours depending on your bank. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact live chat with your transaction reference number.

But Pro keeps the deposit minimum low so players of all budgets can participate. The minimum deposit varies slightly by payment method and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. For most methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa, the minimum is accessible for everyday Pakistani players. Always check the cashier for the latest figures as they are updated periodically.

Go to the cashier section in your account, select "Withdrawal", choose your preferred method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest for Pakistan — and enter the amount you want to withdraw. A withdrawal may take longer than usual if your KYC documents are still under review, if there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements attached to your balance, or if the withdrawal amount is unusually large and requires additional verification. Bank transfer withdrawals also take longer by nature. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours beyond the stated processing time, contact support via live chat with your withdrawal reference.

Yes. But Pro's live betting section lets you place bets while a PSL or T20 match is in progress. Odds update over by over and even ball by ball on selected markets. You can bet on match winner, top batsman, runs in an over, wickets and more — all in real time. But Pro offers a wide range of cricket betting markets. The most popular include match winner, series winner, top batsman, top bowler, highest opening partnership, total runs in an innings, method of first dismissal and player of the match. For T20 games, over-by-over run totals and six-hit markets are especially popular among Pakistani bettors. If a cricket match is officially abandoned, cancelled or reduced by weather without a result being declared, But Pro follows standard industry settlement rules. Most pre-match bets on the match winner market are voided and the stake is returned to your PKR balance. In-play bets on markets that have already been decided (for example a completed over) are settled normally. Fish games are skill-based arcade shooting games where you aim and fire at sea creatures swimming across the screen. Each fish has a points value, and bigger or rarer fish carry higher multipliers. Your winnings depend on which fish you hit and the multiplier attached. Unlike pure slots, fish games have a skill element — your aim and timing affect results. RTP stands for Return to Player. It is expressed as a percentage and represents how much of the total money wagered on a slot or game is paid back to players over a very large number of spins. For example, a slot with 96% RTP returns PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered on average over millions of spins. You can request a withdrawal before completing wagering, but the active bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. First, check that you have a stable internet connection. If the connection is fine, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, clear the app cache from your phone's settings — on Android this is under Apps > But Pro > Storage > Clear Cache. If you are using a browser instead of the app, try clearing your browser cache or switching to Chrome.
